Before joining the company, he was CEO at Exalead Inc., and one of the principal founders and CEO of Jaspersoft Corporation, the leading open source BI company. | Frank Calderon has over twenty five years of experience with strategy, sales and business development. He began his career in sales with IBM. Frank has held senior level positions at several high tech companies, including Levanta, Inc., a Linux server management solution, Datalogics, Inc., an SGML systems integration provider, Frame Technology, Inc ., a desktop publishing software provider and ACI,US., a client-server relational database provider. Serving Lucid Imagination first as Vice President of Sales and Business Development, and then as President and COO, he has acquired a deep understanding of the implementation of solutions in the enterprise. His experience spans a variety of industry segments and includes extensive experience with sales execution in direct sales and developer partner channels. | ||||

Grant Ingersoll is a co-founder of Lucid Imagination as well as an active member of the Lucene community – a Lucene and Solr committer, co-founder of the Apache Mahout machine learning project and a long standing member of the Apache Software Foundation. Grant’s prior experience includes work at the Center for Natural Language Processing at Syracuse University in natural language processing and information retrieval. Grant earned his B.S. from Amherst College in Math and Computer Science and his M.S. in Computer Science from Syracuse University. Grant is also the co-author of the upcoming "Taming Text" from Manning Publications. |

| Sarath Jarugula has more than 12 years of management experience in engineering, product strategy, and product marketing, with expertise in semantic search, CRM, enterprise and consumer software products. He joins Lucid from InQuira, where he was senior director of product management, responsible for search, user experience, and new product initiatives. Prior to InQuira, he was the director of product management at Knova Software, where he led the product strategy and roadmap efforts for Knova's $30 million enterprise search, collaboration, and knowledge management product line. Before Knova, he was a senior product manager at Microsoft, where he led the effort to create a performance management framework that is recognized as a Top-5 Microsoft management tool and is offered as part of Microsoft’s service solutions. Mr. Jarugula also held management positions at eGain Communications, Gandiva and NEC. | ||||
