  1. Eric,

Is Solr 1.4 available and stable for a production install?

    September 30, 2009 10:50 — Sai Thumuluri

  2. I have no experience at all with webinars. Do I need any special software (browser plugin) or hardware (microphone, webcam)?

    September 30, 2009 20:14 — Michael Lackhoff

  3. Solr 1.4 will be officially announced once it has completed the Apache release cycle. The LucidWorks Certified Distribution for Solr 1.4 will follow shortly thereafter.

    September 30, 2009 20:56 — David M. Fishman

  4. Webinars are really easy to attend. Just click on the link that is emailed to you. The Adobe webinar platform delivers the visuals and the audio using VOIP. Use your headset to listen. Alternatively, you can dial in and listen over your phone. Connect 5 minutes early to make sure all of the software and settings are working so you don’t miss a thing.

  5. Will this webinar be recorded and available online after the event? I’m in the UK which means the webinar starts at 6pm for me and I won’t be anywhere near a computer at that time. It would be very useful to be able to watch it when I’m back in the office on Monday.

    October 7, 2009 06:46 — Mark Allan

  6. Yes, all of our webinars are recorded, and posted under podcasts.

    October 8, 2009 16:24 — Eran Yaniv
