Lucid Imagination offers attractively priced subscriptions that deliver Lucene/Solr technology and services in an integrated, well-packaged format. Subscriptions combine the stability, security, robust interfaces, and predictable release schedules of LucidWorks Enterprise or Lucene/Solr Certified Distributions with unmatched support resources 24 x 7 x 365 across the globe.

Lucidworks Enterprise Subscriptions

Production use of LucidWorks Enterprise requires an annual subscription, available with four different Support and ExpertLink Advisory options to address the production support needs of the widest range of search-based business applications.

The Deployment Subscription Standard includes:

  • time-critical problem resolution and incident management with a 4 hour response time during normal business hours, delivering rapid resolution to problems your team encounters.
  • a license for production deployment of up to 4 servers of LucidWorks Enterprise software

Deployment Subscription Premium adds 80 hours of ExpertLink Adivsory assistance. Working remotely with the architect-class experts at Lucid Imagination, your engineering team can get the guidance it needs to ensure that your search application is conceived, designed, built, operated, and tuned for optimal results and performance through its lifecycle

Mission Critical Deployment Subscription Standard adds 24 x 7round the clock support access as well as additional server licenses to the standard deployment support subscription. Any time of the day or night, weekends or holidays, we will have a search engineer available to help work through your issues, with SLA-based incident management  support during business hours. In addition, this subscription includes a license for up to 10 servers running LucidWorks Enterprise.

Mission Critical Deployment Support Subscription Premium adds 80 hours of ExpertLink Adivsory assistance for optimum design and tuning of your search application throughout its lifecycle.

Apache Lucene/Solr Subscriptions

Hundreds of organizations around the world have already turned to Lucid Imagination for design advice, architectural feedback and support of their Apache Lucene/Solr search applications.  All four of the LucidWorks Enterprise Subscriptions are available in open source-only variants.  Our Certified Distributions of Lucene and Solr deliver optimum supportability.
